This apartment is the result of an architectural renovation of an historical building (a true 19th-century bourgeois house, completely renovated in 2019). It seeks a harmonious blend of Porto’s traditional elements (such as the wooden floor and window frames) with contemporary architecture.

It is luxurious, romantic, relaxing, cozy and has a city view to one of Porto’s main avenues and Casa da Música, just like an Old Classic Portuguese Apartment.

The apartment has one double bed, which can be converted into two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room.
Great for a couple with kids.

It has a fully equipped WC and a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee and tea machine, fridge, oven, microwave,…).

The balcony has a garden view where you can relax while reading a book.

The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. Therefore, only rent it if stairs are not an issue for you!

We are in the new center of Porto, in the main avenue of the city, which connects the sea to the city center in a straight 4km line.
There are many options to eat out nearby: meat, fish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, vegetarian food,… and a supermarket 50 meters away.

The subway is less than a 5 minute walk away (“Casa da Música” station) and it is directly connected to the airport (25 minutes) and the city center (5 minutes).

There are many buses nearby (100 meters) that can take you anywhere in Porto. Taxis are also 100 meters away, as well as the touristic city bus.
