This Apartment is the result of an architectural renovation of an historical building (a real Bourgeois House from the XIX century, completely remodeled in 2019).
It seeks a harmonious blend of Porto’s traditional elements (such as the wooden floor and window frames) with contemporary architecture.
This is a Stylish and cozy apartment with a garden view and it is really quiet at night.

This apartment works like a big studio (55m2) with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a spacious bed, an electric fireplace to provide a romantic atmosphere and a beautiful balcony with a two-person jacuzzi with views to your private garden that adds 15m2 to your private space.
It is luxurious, romantic and spacious, just like a Classic  Portuguese Penthouse, perfectly optimized for two lovebirds.
Although it is located in a big avenue, the apartment is turned towards the back of the building with access to the garden so it is very calm.

We are in the new center of Porto, in the city’s main avenue, which connects the sea to the city center in a straight 4km line.

There are many options to eat out nearby: meat, fish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, vegetarian food,… and a supermarket 50 meters away.

The subway is less than a 5 minute walk away (“Casa da Música” station) and it is directly connected to the airport (25 minutes) and the city center (5 minutes).

There are many buses nearby (100 meters) that can take you anywhere in Porto. Taxis are also 100 meters away, as well as the touristic city bus.
